This monument (spomenik) at Podgaric was built to commemorate the rebellion against occupying forces(WWII), and celebrates the support structures the village created to support the rebels.

questo monumento (spomenik) a Podgaric è stato costruito per commemorare la ribellione della regione della moslavina contro le forze occupanti (seconda guerra mondiale) e celebra anche le strutture di supporto che il villaggio di podgaric creò per aiutare i ribelli.

I don't know the sculpture, I have seen a star wars T-Fighter. But could be sun with wings too. I like the way you included the sun an this nice sun-star. Perhaps a little bit too much gras in the foreground.
