Der Hermelin ist auch bekannt als großes Wiesel
it is my first one and it was a bit far away, this time just a documentary shot
es ist mein erster und er war etwas weit weg, diesmal nur eine Dokumentation. :-)
taken in Bad Wilsnack / Brandenburg

Eine herrliche Aufnahme vom Mauswiesel, Manu! Als ich leider noch nicht fotografierte, konnte ich ganze Familien dieser flinken Tierchen aus der Nähe beobachten und das war immer eine sehr grosse Freude für mich! Danke fürs Zeigen!

WE came across a family of stoats while i nthe car just managed a quick shot before they had gone.
So a good shot and capture of the alert staot

Do NOT belittle this shot Manu, it is excellent. Yes... it could have been closer, but they are notorious for running away if you get too close. Most of us would give much for such a shot of this illusive little creature :)))))
