Riding the Chair-Lift
back from the top of Whistler mountain (2181m) - Aug. 19th ...
the mountain is a paradise for skiers in the winter and downhill cyclists in the summer - these four were coming towards us as we were riding back down .... a difficult shot with the movement, and reaching across the bar .... and being so high up and nervous :-))

As cautious as you are, you've probablyhad a parachute with you; just to be
on the safe side during shooting such
courageous passengers.

with their colorful synthetic functional clothes, they look great against the pale, naturally beige and gray world of rock! their helmets have me worried, though! hope you were wearing one, too, dear adele, while riding the chairlift, to be well protected against those rocks hurled by whistler mountain's very own very temperamental mountain giant! ; ) hugs, sabine. p.s.: so great to have such breathtakingly beautiful and majestic mountains and such a great ski and hiking resort like that in the vicinity of a great big city!!
