  Hello Hans, thank you very much for your comment and yes - you are right, Hohenasperg Fortress is now a prison hospital.
  
  As the central hospital for the Baden-Württemberg prison system, it has departments for psychiatry and psychotherapy, internal medicine and surgery. It largely corresponds to a standard care hospital and currently has around 210 employees.
  The prison management consists of the medical director and a lawyer as head of enforcement. All departments cooperate closely with an external hospital in all medical-technical diagnostics and medical care, so that the broad spectrum of modern medical methods in diagnostics and treatment is guaranteed.
  
  Now my question: and who is worried about the victims?
