      It's a very nice place (if the light plays ball).
      You probably do not know of the writer and journalist - Hunter Davies. (Amongst many books - he wrote a biography of the Beatles). For many years - until 2016 - he had a house here - in the village of loweswater - where he lived with his wife - Margaret Forster (also a novelist). I saw him here - when I holidayed here - many years ago.
      It is a good location for a writer.
