so thank god for the happy SMILE : ) of the banister, telling us that every cloud has a silver lining! ah, those french, always optimistic, always celebrating life and love… ; )) love it, manfred! especially the anthropomorphic smile of the banister, but also the two people in the back und wie sie versetzt die treppe hinuntergehen! ; ) lg, sabine.

Wunderbar ! An solch einem Handlauf haben ich mich vor einigen Tagen auch versucht. Sehr französisch kommt das Foto daher. Und der Regen stört das Werk kein Bisschen.

Heute sieht es dort schon anders aus. Aber der Regen vermittelt eine eigene Stimmung.

format and wide angle lens is perfect for this view down the stairs and into the distance ... the rain adds shine to the pavement and railing, and the colours - though not vivid - are more saturated !!!

Hat auch seinen Reiz im Regen. Zum Glück hatten wir auch 1 1/2 Tage Sonne.

Ich habe nichts gegen Hochformate - und hier verlangte es das Motiv! Kenne Montmartre nur im Regen! :))
