Combien des olives pour une petite voiture ?s. sabine krause 10. Februar 2016, 17:09
up here in the nearly sunless north ; ), we hardly ever get to see fresh olives, let alone being shown how they are sorted out! a very interesting and, in a way, a very sensuous process, involving the touch of hands and probably a characteristic scent… love the dappled light on the scene, which seems to repeat the scattered looks of the olives! greetings, sabine.Cameraqueen 5. Great document of hard work in a rural area. And a gorgeous b/w Photo.Good Night,

Eccellente fotografia, testimonianza dell'attività millenaria di coltura degli ulivi e lavorazione dei loro frutti.Un caro saluto,

It my be a long and often tedious job sorting the olives....but it keepps him occupied and doing a valued job. As a race we are too keen to build machines to put others out of work...... i.m.h.o.:))

this looks like such a tedious job .... not something we think about when we enjoy olives (like I do for my daily lunch) .... hard work, never-ending .... making one appreciate one's life here - yes, your image well done !!!greetings, Adele

This picture is looking like from the start of the 20th century !There are many of traditional works in the villages, which you can do only by own hands.
Perfect visual documentation, Alexander!
