It is looking a little bit strange, Serdar already said why.
The Big Ben not covered, I was not so luky to get a chance of making a picture like this, but I was happy that we had blue sky.

@Gunter - You can read a hour form clock - there was quite dark but I've used a central-weight without compensation so the sky is more bright tan usually. greetings

I don't remember exacly but f-stop was about f11-16 and time about - 30second.

Hi,

well extremely balanced exposure different or unique composition. The toning works pretty well in this shot...
actually I wonder if the sky is real.

BTW do you remember the Imagedata F-Stop Exposure duration and so on?
