I like the tones and the colours of this picture. You were lucky with the clouds too. I would have kneeled down, or got a lower angle however. My main problem is the tree competing for attention behind the cannon, just growing out of someone's head. You can easy it by going down or taking from another position. The other thing is that we can see everyone's back, which is not a drama, but adding some interest with a lower angle could compensate it.
