Australien - Narooma - Australia Rock
In Narooma, am Princes Highway gelegen, kann man den "Australia Rock" bestaunen, ein Felsenfenster in Form der australischen Landkarte. Bewusst, was ich da fotografiert hab, wurde mir erst zu Hause, manchmal sieht man halt den Wald vor Bäumen nicht... ;-)

kleine Info:

One of the landmarks that tourist enjoy is a rock we locals call "Australia Rock" because the hole in the middle of it looks just like Australia - but, it only looks that way because of a shipwreck that occurred back in the 50's. Locals attempting to keep a boat afloat whilst its valuable cargo was removed attached huge chains to the vessel and ran the chain through the natural opening in the rock. Offcourse, the chain caused the middle of the rock to break away which created the map of Australia you see today.

Wunderschöne Aufnahme, leider war ich noch nie in Australien, vielleicht klappts ja noch irgendwann...

Schönes Motiv, tolle Farben und Schärfe kannn ich nur wiederholen. Ob man aus dem "Fenster" nicht noch mehr hätte machen können? Mit einer Perspektive das man durchschauen kann und richtig darauf geführt wird?
