I got my first film camera at the age of 6. It had been waiting for its time untill I was 12 when I started to make pictures. Most of all I liked to make pics of people in their usual environment. A very long break in my hobby was caused by studies in the Linguistic University and work. In 2007 I got a digital camera, and there it all started again.
My favorite genres in photography are everyday life scenes and psychological portraits.

Every single photo of yours is a real study for me! Now in my 80”s and nearing the end of my life I really regret that I have never not only reached but even approached the perfection of your portraits! Believe me! And I also regret of not having a real book of yours with all of them. You see, I’m still an old fan of the page and not so much of the screen….I look to your portraits and is like lingering to the pages of all the Russian literature I’ve read so far. All faces of Anna Karenina, Levin, Rascolnikov, Aliosa and Ivan Karamazov, Miskin,Nekhlydov,Katyusha and hundreds of others that need to become common knowledge even in school books… Need to become an index for a better world... My compliments to you, my dear friend, that, despite so many other everyday problems you may have, you can produce photos of such perfection!
