Turbulant Waters
We were following this large tugboat pulling a barge through the pass (Porlier). The currents there run up to 9 knots with great whirlpools and rips, and you want to get through at slack water between tide changes. The blue sky and water and mountains 30km away in Vancouver make it look so harmless.

the "turbulent waters" do look sunny and harmless! lovely "color-equivalences" between the lighthouse (i just love lighthouses!), the tugboat and that other floating "thing" (a water shack ; ))?) on the left! the rocky shore reminds me of maritime sweden… beautiful shot, adele! hugs, sabine.vittorio L 25.
