Photoshop is the program of choice, And I did not editing to he eyes in this portrait of her. I checked with the original image that I had taken. and the eyes are the same in that one.

may i ask you which program you use? just interested.
looks as if you used an automated red eye killing effect? its a little gross here, you "added" a kind of a colobome to her left eye and also killed the animating gloss of her right.
