Thank you all for your comments. It is one of my favorite places. It's such an old tree, it's sad, this year they had to put up supports for it's limbs. I took my photo just in time, I guess.

As you may know we had many fires last year here in California. Its ironic that the smoke from something terrible can provide beautiful colors when through sunlight. The same thing is true of SMOG! - I'm not kidding!
