This is a wonderful photo full of complimentary and contrasting colors. The light enhances the simple, straight forward composition.

I appreciate that you broke the symmetry of the photo by placing the red fabric draped support of the net (I assume that is what it is) off center.

love this one!! for me it illustrates what the alllure of the circus rests on: audiences come with high-flown expectations, hoping the performers will take them into a land of laughter, adventure, acrobatics and surprise, a world whose magic will make them gape in wonder and thus enable them to forget their own sorry everyday lives, their worries and hardships. the starry sky of the tent is the limit! for me the half open curtain and the rows of waiting chairs beautifully represent this glimpse into a parallel universe, where everything sparkles and shines and is full of promise, whereas the grassy ground stands for the sober reality outside the circus tent, the "back to normal" after the show, the mud and burdensome gravity we all long to leave once in a while to soar to the stars! ; ) greetings, sabine.
