3) Siesta on the sidewalk in Luang Prabang Laos, Bless her soul. Story within!!!
Whilst on a walkabout in Luang Prabang I noticed this little angel having her morning snooze while mum is busy conducting business in order to be able to feed her Family.
My heart melts when I see some-things over here, but it is a lifestyle they have adapted to.
One can understand why these young kids don’t suffer from diarrhoea as we do from eating food that is not perfectly fresh.
It is not only the kids that will lie down and have a sleep on the road or the sidewalk.
Later I will upload some adults doing likewise.
Have a super week my friends and remember life in the West is not that bad after all!!!
Regards from over here!!
Walkabout John.

story and note -as per usual
are superb -
all too soon the little little one
will find her wings
and fly
far from the city's sidewalks
and through hearts
of many young men ...
time
like even the littlest angel
does fly
an early morning greeting
from the near east

The story within makes thinking about ourselves. Yes ..life is not bad here in the west....the most important is an undertanding for each other ...for we single ones cannot help unfortunately, cannot abolish the poverty in the world . An impressive picture.Greetings Gertrud
