thank you for all your wonderful comments!yes, I walked this part of the trail- in the wintertime it is actually easier, because this area is very swampy and has many Mosquitos in the summertime.
And, I walk only smaller sections of the trail, it's a great opportunity to take photos as well as getting in a good work-out

Lovely shot and I had to think immediately of Mark Billiau's shots that show similar landscapes in Belgium... and then I had to smile when reading his comment...Many miles apart and yet so similar - great shots his and yours!

great perspective .... the eye following the boardwalk into the woods, the snow surrounded by warmly coloured bushes and trees .... sounds like a beautiful hike to take !!!hugs, Adele
