The BW pic is perfect geometry itself and the color pic inside, with its Commodore PC-like image, tells volumes. It is not a pic that explains what we have to see and understand from it but rather a real life moment that makes us want to stop, to contemplate, to listen to the inspiration.
The obvious critique is in regards to skew and perspective, an easy correction. In regards to exposure, using "shadow/highlight" in photoshop could pull some more detail out of the dark areas and knock back the halo effect.
No complaints here; the color screen makes an interesting focal point. There is a distracting halo around the top of the tallest building (and along the upper edge of the near left building) which I often see in my own images when I have adjusted contrast or tried to manipulate the brightness curve. I think it is an artifact of the 8-bit JPEG file.

Absolutely no complaints!I really like the effect of the leaning buildings, in my opinion it adds to the somewhat surreal atmosphere..

Beautiful work frank. Love the select color in the screen and all else black and white. Makes for wonderful viewing..Tom McDade 6. Oktober 2006, 13:20
Very nice pic. You just leave it alone and let it be. Great eye to spot the shot and well exicuted.Massimo Carolla 6. Oktober 2006, 0:22
