Veerse Meer 3 | Netherlands
Due to the popularity of excursionists and wind surfers, the Lagoon Veere (Netherlands, Zeeland ) is an important inland sea, which was created by the building of the levee Gatdam in 1961 as part of the Delta Plan. In the lagoon Veere are 13 small, uninhabited islands and sandbanks .
