Trying to keep silver looking silver is very difficult. The best way to shoot silver is to build an enclosed light tent or reflector box to get even lighting with no reflections. Judging from the numerous shadows, it looks like you have used lots of reflecters to lighten the image. I like the use of negative space but the coffee (or is it tea) has an unusual colour.

very nice... very interesting cup, i wonder what kind of tea is thatjust that yellow spot in right is too much i think
