Really wonderful picture with beautiful mining scenery.
I visited Sabero about 10 years ago and almost nothing seems to have been changed.
Is the diagonal shaft in the village still remaining (on ther north side of the main road, northeast of the shaft here in the picture)?

Quite impressive landscape and a beautiful belvedere! the eclectric cables in the foreground are nearly unvisible. very interesiting the pit shaft and the terril in thze background! we visited thos region in April at very bad weather...

Thomas,The diagonal shaft is still remaining there. Apart the mining museum opened last month, the landscape has not changed these 10 years.
