Möwe bei Maasholm

Eine Lachmöwe am Ufer der Schlei nahe Maasholm bei der Reinigung ihres Gefieders.

Die Lachmöwe bekommen, wenn es Richtung Winter geht ein weißes Kopfgefieder.[1]

Mich haben das matten Farben der Ufeumgebung im Kontrast zu dem Weiß der Federn und dem Rot des Schnabels und der Füße motiviert dieses Motiv zu fotografierent.

Title: Seagull near Maasholm

A black-headed gull at the shore of the Schlei close to Maasholm (Germany), while cleaning it's feather dress.

The black-headed gull gets white feathers at it's head, when winter is approaching.[1]

I was motivated to capture this motive, because of the contrast between the rather dull colors of surroundings to the white plumage and the red of the peek and legs.
