Little Girl, Big Barn
Little Korrine was sitting on the steps of a big red barn in Burkittsville, Maryland. If memory serves,
the barn was serving as an antiques store at the time I visited the central Maryland town in 1985.
Korrine was dividing her time on this sunny afternoon in early autumn between contemplating
the soft round form of her balloon and the activities of a visiting photographer.
