This Munument reminds me that we fighted so hard for the Real-Democracy in Thailand. Bald kommt der Verfassung-Tag (10 Dec.) hier!!! :-))

This is the meaning of this monument :-)

Four main wings : Measuring 25 m. tall. The base has a radius of 25 m., meaning June 25.

75 cannons : Standing in the perimeter mean the year of change of BE 2475 (1932).

Bas relief sculptures : (At the basees of the four wings). They show the operations of the
People's Party in changing the government.

Traditional Thai tray : The tray carrying the constitution is 3 m. high, meaning the month
of the change, June (3rd lunar month in Thai reckoning).

Six ritual daggers : (At the six gateways). They mean the six principles : independence,
internal peace, freedom, equality, economy and education.
