Canterbury Bight
I took this today from up on Scarboruogh Hill today looking east along Sumner past Christchurch and up to Kaikoura. It's quite an aggressive crop as there were house roofs in the forground. There is a mountain range in the distance called the Southern Alps. Enjoy

the south island is such a magical place and one of the most beautiful places in the world i have been told .great shot rob, i like the crop also it gives the eye imagination also.

nice view Rob so you've had some fine weather down there. nothing but rain here non stop for two weeks.the crop might be tight but it suits this picture gives a nice pano.
