A very balanced composition enhanced by the fancy crooked shape and jutting angle of the tree. The one third/two thirds divider deep blue horizon line divider brings depth.

Much as I understand your intent in using it, the watermark is a disturbing element. Too large and positioned in the middle it spoils the harmonious character of the shot.
