I really like taking pictures with my 350D. Before the DSLR, I owned a small digital point-n-shoot camera, I liked the pictures I took with it, but that camera had no manual controls and I was not able to print anything bigger than 4"x6".
Now I see dramatic difference in the picture details and able to print up to 10"x15".
I like the small DoV provided by the lens and the overall picture quality, I enjoy walking with the DSLR and a L-series lens and taking the photos.

Serge,Thanks for your comment. You may be right about the lower fstop. However, I used a light meter to determine the fstop was f16. I may try that, but wouldn't it have washed the picture out, by allowing more light to enter the lens?
