Windmill.
Wicken Mill
A working demonstartion windmill just outside the Wicken Fen National Trust Reserve in the village of Wicken, Cambridgeshire. Enhanced the sky using surves and a touch of saturation to make it look a little more summery, and I had to bring the foliage at the front left out just a lttle bit too. Taken on a Canon EOS 300D at 1/320sec @ f/11.0 on a Tamron lens at 28mm ISO 400.

The bushes were rather large, and getting closer to the building would mean using a much wider lens, but then there would be some distortion of the straight lines. Glad you like it though. Thank you.Simone SIM Hansen 28. Juli 2005, 16:09
Hi Paul,Even though the windmill isn't been seen totally it looks rather impressive anyway. I think your sky is well done due to the saturation.
I wonder anyway if it was possible to take a picture of the mill without such a big bush in the foreground?
