The Inquisitive Child
Mornings in many of the old sections of town is just old. Old buildings , and old people. As you wonder further back you see women leaning up and resting at the door way until the see your camera. Don't be surprised if the throw stones at you. The stones are not pebbles. The young boys might chase you as well. If the see your camera hanging they automatically assume. We are the westerner's looking back at a culture that has never changed for over 1000 years. SO to see a glimpse is an honor. Just be respectful.. No means no and yes means yes, but there is always someone else shouting at you.
I always wondered what grandmothers do, when there is no man. She sits on the curb of a narrow inner street that is clean and watches her grandchildren play.

For me, you could well have cut the boy in front completely gone - so you can enjoy the expression on the woman's face :-)regards
