Thames Twilight No.1
An overcast afternoon gives way to a magical twilight mood,
as St Paul's Cathedral and neighboring buildings along
the Thames come alive. Even the Blackfriars Bridge comes
to life in London twilight. Just beyond it, topped by the blue lighting,
is the railroad bridge leading to Blackfriars Station. Actually,
the bridge does more than "lead into" the station. The lighted
blue structure seen just above and beyond the deck of the Blackfriars
Bridge is part of thestation, with platforms extending from the
station's concourse. It is topped by a huge solar panel array, helping
to generate electricity for the modern station.

A fine night shot of London under a cloudy sky. I like the calm atmosphere along the river in an urban city.Regards, Manuel
