  No, sorry to contradict - the kid is not a beggar, who is just sittin' and waitin' for alms.
  He (I suppose) or maybe she is expecting reward for making musik and (hopefully) enjoying passers-by. And I know what I am talking about, I was a busker for several years in several Euroean Towns from Vienna via Linz, Salzburg, Siena, and last but not least Civitavecchia...

  Dear Vitória,
  "HERE" is not Portugal, "here" is Germany... but I agree: if the child is forced to play on the street (by his/her parents), the parents schould be interrogated by lokal police.
  Otherwise, making music in public is a really valuable experience for whole life...
  And parents, who support ther children in that way, should be adored, not punished.
