Absolute hard work , No doubt about that , These people were concreting the roof of a house , a roof of about 50 sq M with a thickness of 20 cms .
Each pallet or the tray holds about 2 kg of this concrete mixture. Each one of them works in a chain a perfect example of Team Work , each tray is filled up at the bottom where the mixing machine is and then shipped or lifted all the way to the top floor where this concrete mixture is poured. It works more like a relay race.
They do this for at least 15 hrs, as all the mixed concrete has to be set on the same day, or else it develops cracks once set.
