"Offline"

Aus demselben Fotoset wie "Rob", ich kam jedoch jetzt erst dazu, das Bild zu bearbeiten.

Die Aufnahme zeigt einen jungen Mann, gegen eine kahle, graffitibeschmierte Wand in einem verlassenen Raum lehnend und rauchend, während im Hintergrund in einiger Entfernung Strommasten zu sehen sind.

Ich habe den Titel gewählt, weil das Bild einen Kontrast bietet; Auf der einen Seite die Strommästen, stets geladen mit neuer frischer Energie, immer in Bewegung, wie unsere moderne Zivilisation.

Dem entgegen, entfernt von den Türmen, der junge Mann, der alleine in diesem verlassenen Raum gegen die verschmierte kalte Wand lehnt und raucht.

Der Akt des Rauchens unterstützt den Bildtitel und den Kontrast in der Aufnahme insoweit, alsdass rauchen eine entspannende Wirkung hat, obgleich es freilich nicht cool ist, desweiteren sprechen die entspannte, lockere Körperhaltung sowie die Kleidungswahl für eine lockere Einstellung.

Letztendlich mag ich dieses Bild aufgrund des obengenannten Kontrastes und der Nachricht, die dieses Bild indirekt enthält:

Dass es sich immer gut anfühlt, ab und an einfach mal "off" zu gehen..

From the same photoset like "Rob" but I just had the time to edit it.

The image shows an young man who leans at an old graffitisprayed wall in an old abandoned room and smokes, while you can see powertowers in the background.

I chose the title because of the contrast in the image: One the one side, there are the powertowers, steady charged with electric power, always on the move, steady new energy, as like the modern civilisation.

on the other side, far away of these towers, that young man sits all alone in that abandoned and dirty room, with graffiti at the wall, broken pieces of glass in the windows.
Beside that, the act of smoking is a symbol of coolness and relaxing, because you only smoke, if you have to relax, or if you need it.

In the end, I love that image, because of the contrast and the message in it;
It always feels good to go offline sometimes..
