Dunkel ist es in diesem Traum,
dunkel und einsam...

Dein Baum neigt sich zurück, weg von der Straße
als wittere er nichts Gutes an ihr,
als schrecke er vor einer Gefahr zurück...

Aber er steht da und wird wohl noch lange da stehen
und sich Allem stellen, was da kommen mag...
