an image from my 2009 "archives" .... we have no snow in Vancouver, only in the mountains.
A late explanation: right beside Vancouver's Jericho Beach is an enormous tangle of blackberry bushes with literally dozens and dozens of rabbits of all colours and sizes. I suspect that somebody left two pet rabbits and litter there ..... and everybody knows how they can multiply :-)))). I have seen people leave lettuce and carrots in the area, but otherwise they do fend for themselves - and their number grows from year to year.
