Über mich
Meine Name ist Stefan und ich habe meine erste Kamera (eine Prost SLR) in 1986 gekauft. Natürlich war es eine analoge und alles manuell einzustellen und es hat etwas gedauert, bis ich die ersten akzeptablen Fotos gemacht habe. Es war immer spannend wenn die Bilder aus dem Labor zurück kamen, mit 90% Ausschuss natürlich. Später habe ich dann im Keller selbst S/W-Fotos entwickelt. In meiner Studienzeit habe ich dann nicht mehr die Zeit zum fotografieren gehabt. In den späten 90ern habe ich mir dann eine Canon EOS 50e gegönnt. Immer noch analog, aber jetzt mit viel Automatik und sogar einen augengesteuerten Autofokus. Nach Anfängen mit diversen kompakten digitalen Kameras bin ich dann 2006 bei einer digitalen Canon SLR gelandet und habe wieder mit Begeisterung angefangen zu fotografieren.
Ich denke ein gutes Bild sollte mehr sagen als es zeigt und den Betrachter für länger binden. Das ist es, woran ich arbeite.
My name is Stefan and the first camera I got in 1986 was a analog Porst SLR camera. Without any automation I really took some time before I got acceptable pictures. So I made a lot of shots and always have been very excited when I got the pictures back from the lab - with 90% waste of cause. Later I started to develop black and white photos in my own small lab in the cellar. When I started studying (economics) I haven‘t practiced my hobby for years. In the late 90s I bought a Canon EOS 50e and started again. With all the programs and automation everything was much easier now - especially with this new fancy auto-focus system controlled by my eyes. Later I have got several smaller digital compact cameras and also because of my job I started to get more interested in photography again. Since beginning of 2006 I‘m working with digital Canon SLR cameras and I‘m really excited about it. Together with all the options from desktop digital imaging I became a passional photographer again!
I believe a great picture has to tell more than it shows and binds the view for more than a moment. That‘s what I‘m working on...
