Waiting for the sun on Fuji san

The climbing of the sacred Fuji san, highest mountain in Japan, is for japanese people a real pilgrimage to do once in a lifetime. It can only be done during couple of weeks ´during the summer. The rest of the year, the snow is taking over the summit.
After a two day trip among hundreds of japanese people, children to hundred year old women, we arrived at the summit and just could't believe our eyes how many people where waiting for the sunrise while praying and singing. A real experience for us!
