Stopped in their Tracks - An Innsbruck Moment

A downtown street in Innsbruck…

The colorful Stadtrundfahrt vintage tram has stopped for the traffic light.
The distinguished looking gentleman also appears to have stopped
in his tracks. Perhaps a reverie of riding such trams in his youth,
when they were new…and perhaps less “decorated?”

Or maybe it’s the distinguished looking woman in gray across the way?

The moment was captured on an afternoon in late September 1989 on
Agfachrome-100 slide film. This is its first appearance. Like the man,
the woman, the trams, and Innsbruck, I hope it has aged gracefully…
and with a certain degree of Gemütlichkeit.
