This sunny afternoon in early October 2010 is a lovely time for travel, whether
riding a bicycle…or the Rhätische Bahn in Switzerland’s Canton Graubünden.

The photo was taken as my RhB RegioExpress from Chur to Disentis-Mustér waited
to approach the station at Ilanz. Ahead on the opposite track, a new RhB ABe 8/12 "Allegra"
train-set pulling a conventional consist of coaches, is headed in the opposite direction for Chur.
