Roberto was hospitable and at the same time very illusive. For a moment we just sat apart facing each other full on. I elected to take my camera bag off and place it on the floor to show that I was in no hurry, and to make small conversation about the area, and how wonderful his place was. That last comment must have been a button. He sprang up and I was looking down at my gear between my feet. I was watching to see what direction he would move to. He walked away quickly towards the left corner of the kitchen. I tracked him midway. There were kitchen draws, and a refrigerator. Depending on which direction he went to became a pending question for me. Roberto had me in a mental chess game. The refrigerator cracked open , Roberto leaned in a bit to far for me, so I changed my position quickly with one camera in hand. I was quick and silent, but natural.
