As most of you at fotocommunity.com, I'm a passionate hobby photographer who likes to share his work with like-minded individuals. I consider myself a novice in D-SLR photography, so I am eager to add to my skills along my photographic adventures, also through constructive criticism coming from you. As I am a business professional I only find limited time to keep my presence here up-to-date. Nevertheless, I will do my best, not only in adding new of my own material but also in providing occasional feedback to your photos.
By the way, for those who may have been wondering, I am German, however, for the non-German speakers in this forum I decided to post this text in English. Hence, feel free to write to me in German or English (or Spanish, for that matter).
Last but certainly not least, thank you for the warm welcoming messages I received from some of you the very day I became a member at fotocommunity.com! A good proof that this is the place to be!

Hallo Detlev,ein herzliches Willkommen auch von mir hier in der FC. Tolle Bilder aus dem Südwesten zeigst du hier. Weiter so! War ´99 auch dort und seitdem warten 600 Dias aufs einscannen ... Ich bin auf weitere Bilder von dir gespannt und wünsche dir viele nette Begegnungen und anregenden Austausch hier in der FC und natürlich immer gute Motive.

Hallo Detlev,einen tollen Einstieg hast Du hier mit Deinen USA-Bildern gegeben. Macht direkt Lust da auch mal vorbei zu schauen.
Viel Spass hier in der fc, in der man nicht immer alles ernst nehmen darf.
