Hi Gwen,
I like your pics a lot, seems like you love travelling a lot, just like myself :-)
I've been to Manila several times, and I enjoyed it very much. Hope to see more of you,
Frank
hi gwen, salamat sa comment mo sa picture ko... kahit papano napansin mo.. thanks.. ang galingmong kumuha..sana turuan mo naman ako, bago pa lang kasi ko nagsisimula sa digital photography.Salamat uli.. God Bless u!
Hi Gwen. So I see you've also met Darwin. Anyway, meorn akong bagong post. Tingnan mo. It's a crystal paperweight. What do you think? That is if you just have time to visit and look. Hahaha!!!
I am Darwin and from the Philippines, as well. I happened to be Alex's classmate & friend. He was also the one who introduced me in this site. I posted one of my first few shots and got an immediate comment from one of the moderators, I guess. I wasn't a great shot though but willing to learn from the suggestions and comments I get.
Kung amateur ka, ano kaya tawag sa akin, hehehhhe.
Ang galing mo! Sana makapag produce din ako ng kasing ganda ng mga stills mo in the future.
Travel is nice for the picture taking but the home place is good, too. That's when we get to see things we missed when we were too busy doing things like taking pictures...
You can download it simply by using a card reader without software. It is a
small box which is plugged in into the USB plug of the computer.
You can by such card readers at any electric store (Office Depot, Office Max,
Circuit City...). Most card readers can read all types of common memory cards,
but some can only read specific types. So make sure that it has a slot suitable
for your type of card.
I send you a link with the card reader I use. It is quite cheap and it works
well. Search on this site for "Universal USB 2.0 Card Reader": http://www.17photo.com/results.asp
Remark: After the download do not format the card in the card reader. Format it
only inside your camera. (The user manual of my card reader stated, this could
cause a failure on the memory card).
I think it is worth to get one - it would be a pitty to miss good pictures. Have
a nice time on your visit.
