Born & bred in Namibia with intense contact to nature, hospitality & estate development.
After completing high school in Windhoek, I graduated as professional hotel manager in Germany, followed by intensive training: chef, business administration, food & beverage management and financial controlling.
In 1998 I developed fallow 6000 hectares of land, GocheGanas, into a pristine Nature & Wildlife Reserve (estate infrastructure & operations).
As executive I managed a wildlife translocation company and re-introduced a selection of 996 heads of game to GocheGanas; wildlife species from the small Gazelle to the gigantic Giraffe & Rhino. One success story of my Wildlife Welfare Program is the breeding of White Rhino; I started with a group of 5, today they are 19 of which some have been translocated to other conservation areas.
I then conducted feasibility & viability studies, completed business plans and formed a material part in arranging international & national credit facilities successfully, after which I achieved full approval from local authorities for the construction of further estate buildings, wildlife & nature conservation projects, community & sustainable developments.
Infrastructure, landscaping, as well as recruitment & IT setup for the exclusive & unique lodge commenced in 2002, followed by concept design, branding & marketing.
Comprehensive construction & development management evolved into the coordination of opening (January 2004) & operating the award winning GocheGanas Nature Reserve & Wellness Village. The business achieved a stable record of improving operational efficiency & increasing profitability under my general management.
In 2008 I decided to grab new opportunities and to master new challenges.
During 2008 - 2010 I streamlined the exclusive beach resort Matemwe on Zanzibar/Tanzania as General Manager, resulting in an increased profitability, improved operational efficiency, advanced reputation and general stability. I successfully implemented various advanced concepts and developments (facilities & operations).
As Project Manager during 2010 – 2012 I subsequently conducted management & team trainings, as well as a full scope conceptualisation of further improvements & developments, focusing on improving the business concept, environmental friendly projects (renewable energy system, water & waste management), as well as community projects.
In January 2012 I launched my independent TOURISM & ESTATE consultancy Ingo Stritter Management:

- training, coaching and implementation of sustainable practice/concepts

- increase efficiency and productivity
