For me its as if the Gargoyles are alive and in disbelief about people today.

    high above the roofs of paris, unable to turn his eyes off, and probably having to watch everything that goes on on the streets below, all those big and little frauds and vices and injustices but maybe some instances of bliss and happiness, too – yes, it does look very much alive and animated, frozen in disbelief at what's going on at his feet! my favorite of the gargoyles you showed so far! greetings, sabine.
