Seit kurzem kommen aus dem Tusher Canyon bei Moab wunderschöne achatisierte Holzausgüsse. Sie sind von der Qualität mit den berühmten Yellow Cat Stücken vergleichbar. Erstmals seit vielen Jahren sind auch wieder komplette Querschnitte zu bekommen. Es handelt sich bei den „Red Woods“ aus Utah und Colorado um die teuersten Achatausgüssen der Welt!

The fairly new site Tusher Canyon can be considered to be the best site for classic "Red Wood" together with the original Yellow Cat site not far away. For the first time since years complete rounds are finaly available again. Larry Walker is the owner of the claim (realoldrocks on ebay) and recently brought out a great DVD describing the site, the geology and the work to find and present these great fossils.
