These are the old standard taxis without air conditioner in Mumbai, formerly known as Bombay. These taxis always remind me on the ancient East German car called "Trabbi". A taxi with air conditioner comes in blue and is made by the national car producer "TATA". But the size of the new taxis are not much bigger, I need to admit. In contrast to China, it seems that Indian car owners prefer cars with small luggage trunk.

Nice angle, good shot! However inconvenient they are, at least thiese cars definately have character!

Cool picture Lodo. Those cars looks really antique. But compared with the "Trabbi" there are many differences ;-)
The Trabbi was made of plastic and only had 2 doors.
