lovely picture, the metal structure indeed is very interesting,

actually its not an administrative building, but part of the remnants of the World Fair that took place in brussels, somewhere near the end of the 19th century. in these buildings are now the museum of ancient art located
the building is situated just out of sight at the end of the lane
