Die "Supertrees" wurden 2013 in Singapur im Park "Gardens by the Bay" neu eröffnet. Angelehnt wurden die Lichtbäume, die bis zu 50m hoch sind, an den Film Avatar. Nach Sonnenuntergang gibt es täglich zweimal eine Licht- und Tonshow. Man kann dort oben shoppen oder Restaurants besuchen und sogar über eine Brücke von Baum zu Baum flanieren.

Im Hintergrund erkennt man das berühmte Hotel/Casino Marina Bay Sands Resort. Aufgenommen Januar 2015.
