The name “La Tour Eiffel” is registered in France at the “INPI” under the number 1310358 from February 14th 1995,
The "Tour Eiffel phare" vignette, No. 99803691, since 20 July 1999
The lighted image of the Eiffel Tower in red has been registered at the “INPI” under the number 3269666 from January 2004.

So, they cannot be reproduced without our authorization.


In your project to show your images of the Eiffel Tower by night, with or without sparkling lights on your private website the copyright to mentioned will be :
