Coating Loden
You enter one of the dongs village in Guizhou mountains and silence is only broken by a constant rythmic sound, like drummers, produced by women hitting the loden banners to coat the indigo color applied. They use a kind of wooden hammer and are all over the village, such an interesting and different, almost exotic, procedure.
